1.   As soon as you have lodged your deposit please email or phone us first so we can keep a kit for you.  Also we  need to know your horse's measurements after a fresh trim.    email  easycaredownunder@bigpond.com       Ph.  02 6493 6955 (bus hours). 

2.   Your refundable deposit can be made now through paypal or you can use your credit card over the phone to do this when you call us.

3.  Each kit is individually made up and sent to you by Express Australia Post usually the next day.

4.   Your kit will be mailed to you by Australia Post along with a prepaid postbag to return the kit to us.  On return of the kits your deposit will be refunded less postage and handling of $24.00

Kits must be returned to us within two weeks of issue as there are other customers waiting for them too.  Thanks for your help in keeping the fit kits in circulation.  If you have any queries once you get the kit please call us our staff are happy to help you.
