If you have purchased your boots through us we can usually return any warranty items the next day. We actually have very few warranty returns which is a testiment to the toughness of the boots in the Easycare line. 

Replacement boots or components are dispatched directly to you from our office here, so there are no delays caused by waiting for your boots to be shipped back to the United States.  Please note if you do not purchase your boots through us we are unable to help you with any warranty issues and the boots will need to be returned to your point of purchase.  Boots purchased from saddleries, or online from overseas cannot be dealt with by us.
